Tengendai Kogen “Ningyō-ishi Snowshoe Trekking (Guided)” will be held on Friday, March 20 (national holiday) and Sunday, April 19!

From the Hokubōdai Observatory at an elevation of 1,964 meters, continue on to the ridgeline of Nakadaiten!

This is an authentic winter mountain trekking experience where you can witness the unique “Haburashi Juhyo (toothbrush-shaped snow monsters)” of the Azuma Mountains and a breathtaking world of silver-white snow.

With experienced guides from the Nishiazuma Mountain Guide Club, you can join with confidence. We warmly invite you to participate!

Participation Fee
6,500 yen per person, per tour (tax included)

Fee includes: guide fee, ropeway and lift fare, and insurance.

Eligibility: Trekking enthusiasts and general adult participants

Equipment rental available:
Snowshoes: 1,500 yen
Traditional Japanese snowshoes (Wakanjiki): 500 yen
