We will select the person to play the role of “Uesugi Kenshin” through an audition for the Uesugi Army Procession at the Yonezawa Uesugi Festival on Saturday, May 3 (national holiday).

[Event Description]
The selected participant will raise the battle cry at the Uesugi Army Procession’s departure ceremony, wear the general’s armor, ride a horse, and lead the army to the battlefield (the actual battle is not included).
[Participation Fee]
20,000 yen (includes costume, dressing, lunch, insurance, souvenirs, etc.)
[Eligibility]
- Those 20 years or older with confidence in their physical strength.
- Those in good health.
- Those who can participate in the pre-event rehearsal on Friday, May 2, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM (tentative).
