Notice from Tengen-dai Highland (Regarding Operations During Water Outage)

Regarding Operations During Water Outage

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the current water outage.

As we do not yet have a clear timeline for the restoration of the water supply, we will be reducing our operations for the time being.

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation during this period. Thank you for your patience.

◇ Ski Resort Operations

  • Operating Days
    • 14th (Friday) – 17th (Monday)
    • 20th (Friday) – 24th (Monday)
    • 28th (Friday) – 31st (Monday)
    Afterwards, we plan to operate on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, and are making adjustments accordingly. During the closed days, we will be working on securing drinking water and investigating the cause of the water outage.
  • Business Hours
    • Ropeway: 8:20 AM – 4:30 PMLifts: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM [Last descent from the North Observatory at 2:30 PM]
    Please note that lift operations and business hours may be subject to change.
  • ◇ Drinking Water & Restrooms
  • Available Restrooms:
    • Ropeway Yumoto StationArubu
    • Alp Tengen-dai
    After use, please flush with water from a bucket. Restrooms at the Highland Station and White Rest Area on the slopes are not available.
  • Please bring your own drinking water.
    (Vending machines are available at Yumoto Station, Highland Station, and Alp Tengen-dai.)
  • The interior will be regularly disinfected using chlorine-based disinfectants.
  • ◇ Alp Tengen-dai & Shirakaba Restaurant
    No accommodation or meals will be provided.
    The area will be open as a rest space (outside food is allowed).
    Please note there is no microwave or hot water available.
    Please bring your own food and drinks.
    However, we ask for your cooperation in taking your trash with you.
    The interior will be regularly disinfected using chlorine-based disinfectants.
