20th Onogawa Onsen Okami Association’s “Gotsuo Miso Cuisine Contest”
The Okami Association of Onogawa Onsen is once again hosting the beloved “Gotsuo Miso Cuisine Contest” this year!
Theme:
“Showa 100: Nostalgic Miso Dishes”
(Commemorating 100 years since the start of the Showa era)
You are welcome to submit as many recipes as you like — we’re looking for creative and heartwarming miso-based dishes full of memories and flavor.

Tasting and judging will be conducted by the Onogawa Onsen Okami Association.
