Tengendai Highland “Tree Ice Viewing Lift Hiking”

Experience the unique “brushwood tree ice” of Mount Azuma, created by the high altitude and distinctive climate.
Enjoy the breathtaking sight of tree ice lined up like the residents of the mountain, and immerse yourself in a beautiful world of silver and white.

From the 1,820-meter-high North Observation Deck, take in the panoramic view of the Yonezawa Basin and the surrounding scenery!

◇ Dates: Sunday, February 9, 2025, Sunday, February 16, 2025, and Sunday, February 23, 2025

◇ Participation Fee: 5,500 yen per person (tax included)
(*Includes guide fee, ropeway & lift fare, helicopter rescue fee, and insurance fee)
(*Also includes warm “imo-ni” (potato stew) service)

◇ Guide: West Azuma Mountain Guides Club and Tengendai Highland Staff

◇ Reservations: Required in advance. Please call Tengendai Highland at 0238-55-2236 to reserve.
(*Reservation deadline: 16:00 three days prior to the event)

◇ Capacity: 20 participants (Minimum number of participants: 5)
