Yonezawa City “Hoonji Treasure Exhibition”Starting September 14 (Saturday)!

About 100 Treasures Related to the Uesugi Family on Display!

The exhibition features numerous culturally significant artifacts related to the Uesugi family, including the Mud-Foot Bishamonten, which was personally prayed over daily by Lord Kenshin.

We invite everyone to come and visit!

Event Details:

  • Exhibition Period:
    • First Session: September 14 (Saturday) – September 29 (Sunday)
    • Second Session: October 5 (Saturday) – October 15 (Tuesday)
  • Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Venue: Hoonji Temple Main Hall
  • Admission Fees:
    • Adults: 500 yen
    • High School and University Students: 200 yen
    • Middle School Students and Younger: Free
