On this day, the “Plarail Yonezawa Station” will appear at JR Yonezawa Station.
We are looking for a “Kid Stationmaster” to give the signal for the simultaneous departure and parallel running of the Plarail “Tsubasa” and the Yamagata Shinkansen “Tsubasa” during the departure ceremony on the platform.

◇ Event Date and Time: Sunday, March 16, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
◇ Venue: JR Yonezawa Station
◇ Application Period: February 5 to February 23
◇ Eligibility: Children aged 3 to 6th grade
◇ Departure Ceremony Times: ① 11:00 AM – 11:10 AM ② 11:10 AM – 11:20 AM
*In case of a large number of applicants, a lottery will be held. Winners will be contacted by the event office by 5:00 PM on February 28.
In addition to the departure ceremony, there will be plenty of fun activities at JR Yonezawa Station on March 16th!
★ Those who come to greet and bid farewell to the “Tsubasa” from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM will receive a commemorative gift!
★ There will also be a giant diorama and photo spots!
